X-Setup Support Forum

IMPORTANT: Before you visit the forum, PLEASE read the following:

1. We provide support for X-Setup in our spare time; working for Xteq Systems is not our day job and we offer support at our own expenses. Please, don't waste our time - reading the following documents and websites may help you solve your problem without our help.
   • README.TXT (this file should be in your C:\Program Files\X-Setup\ folder, or an equivalent) This gives last-minute information that was not added to the documentation before release.
   • The FAQ - This answers many of the questions we receive regularly.
   • Known Issues - Known problems with X-Setup that we can't solve.
   • Document Center - Known problems/minor queries that didn't make it into the X-Setup release. Latest updates available online at http://xteq.com/support/dc/.
   • Microsoft Support - Microsoft's support site, which can be searched.

   We will give priority to those users who are asking questions specifically related to X-Setup and that are not covered by the above sources. We do try to answer all questions, but this isn't always possible, and by looking at these sources and finding the answers yourself, you will save our time (and sanity).

2. Although the support forum is moderated by Xteq Systems staff, other users may offer useful advice, and if you are a competant user of X-Setup, we encourage you to help. However, advice given by those who are not in the Xteq Systems team may be incorrect, and you should take care when following this advice.

   Currently, the following members of the Xteq Systems team moderate the forum: TeXHeX, CptSiskoX, totalXS, Szwarc and Axcel216.

3. If you fail to get an answer to your question within two weeks, then we recommend that you email Xteq Systems at info@xteq.com. IMPORTANT: Please use this as a LAST RESORT - this address is only checked by the senior staff member who already has a lot of work to do. We CANNOT cope with hundreds of support requests through this address.
